Water Based
Sandtex Trade High Cover is a low VOC content matt finish. It is a washable product which is thinned with water and is suitable for exterior use. This is a coating for external render designed to provide long term weather protection. Masonry paints are mould and fungal resistant. It can be applied to stable, previously coated render without thinning. On new render, thin the first coat with water to manufacturers recommendations. On chalky, friable surfaces, apply a stabilising solution as a priming coat, before applying a masonry coating.
